Hello and thank you so much for visiting the website of Veritas London Tours.
My name is Tracey MacKenzie, I am the founder and owner of Veritas London Tours Limited, a 21st century tour company. Having spent all my life in one of the world’s great cities, I had a longing and a passion to share my keen interest in my “home town” with others and so what better way to do that than by starting my own tour guiding company. My love of London began as a youngster jumping on and off our world famous Routemaster buses and as a daughter of the City my appetite and thirst to learn about what has shaped London over the last 2000 years just keeps growing.
Having worked in the City for over 15 years, I decided to get out the currency markets in “Exchange” to walking the streets of London, finding out about its fascinating and incredible history, which, you will not be surprised to hear, I found much more interesting!!

As a qualified City of London and City of Westminster Tour Guide, I can take you on an incredible journey where you can explore and discover how, since around 43 AD London has continued to rediscover itself and how it has developed and changed through these times. Let me explode with enthusiasm when I take you back to Roman London, discover the little gems whilst you walk the narrow alley ways, the ancient lanes and learn about the 17th and 18th century coffee houses, the inns, which provided the origins for our world renowned financial markets.
You will hear about the Plague, the Great Fire of 1666 and learn how the Blitz of the Second World War have kept our 20th and 21st century archaeologists very busy ever since.

The KnOwledge
Talk about getting two for the price of one. Not only am I a fully qualified, Institute of Tourist Guiding (ITG) approved Guide, I, in a fit of madness, decided to embark on learning and passing London’s world famous “The knowledge”. Amazingly therefore, you can be driven around London’s streets, by not only an expert on what you will be viewing but how to get there in the most time efficient manner.
